PROJECT MANAGEMENT OF RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES IN LINCOLNSHIRE
Julian is currently operating in Lincolnshire with the remit of overseeing the refurbishment of detached bungalows, which are being greatly enhanced and developed for resale.
The work has included the following:-
- Replacement Kitchens, including the designs
- Replacement Bathrooms, including the designs
- Conversion of garages into Bedrooms
- Removal of walls to create open-plan Living Areas
- New Windows
- Rewiring
- Replastering
- Replacement of internal and external doors
- Updating heating systems
- New skirting and architraves
- New flooring, including an impressive marble floor in the Living Area of one of the bungalows
- New tiling in Bathrooms
- Painting (internal and external)
- Landscaping, including the designs and planting schedules
Before and after photographs will be shown soon, and the improvement to the properties is impressive.
